Saturday, March 21, 2020 - Medium bodied, rustic. Golden yellow, certainly well oxydized post-fermentation but not for worse. Tree fruit skins, hibiscus, pear, honeysuckle, under-ripe peach. Golden and white fruit and flowers. Nice journey but finishes poorly, slightly bitter and metallic — good length though.
