Sunday, May 15, 2016 - PWTG Ridge Monte Bello tasting, Flight of four vintages: 1999, 2002, 2005, 2006. Groups #1, My #1
Very dark fruited nose, with some coffee grinds and dill. Really deep nose, very luxurious. The palate is rich, complex and in a really good place. There are the beginnings of some secondary aromas and smoothness on the palate, but its still very primary and very well endowed.

11/14/2021 3:41:00 AM - I plan to try my first bottle in 2025 and possibly the 5th bottle by 2036. All depends on the wine's development over time. One can only guess if not tasting actual bottles.
