Thursday, March 18, 2021 - Tasted as part of all Ontario wine tasting of four Chardonnays and four Pinot Noirs. Bright mid yellow with almonds, green apple, lime and pronounced mineral notes. Just a touch of match stick smell. Balanced, intense palate with acidity balancing the sweet fruit and moderately long finish. Drinking well now and no sense of eminent decline.
