Friday, February 26, 2016 - Quirky Syrah with a very meaty funk that is fresh butcher's shop taken to a bit of an extreme. Reminded me of some of the really unusual Loire reds. Delicious and vibrant fruit on the palate with a lovely peppery quality that gives it energy. A bit flat on the back middle palate, but some nervy tannins make this fun and full of character.
