Thursday, August 26, 2021 - Weekend in Westport; 8/25/2021-8/29/2021 (Westport, CT): Whenever thinking about a birth year wine in a difficult year Unico seems to be the answer and this was no different. What surprised me the most is it's still very very young. We opened and double decanted and rebottled for dinner. It continued to open up over the course of a few hours. Just wonderful.
