Leaning to vinegar. I am going to mark this as flawed or turned as I don't remember this being the character of the other bottles.

Coming back to this a couple hours later. I can barely get past the nose now of formaldehyde. Also looked at my prior two tasting notes from the last couple years and there is just nothing here from what I tried before. This thing is either flawed or hit it's peak and crashed.

Not going to score this one in the rating scale as I don't want to distort averages if I got a bad bottle but what I got goes something like this:
