Saturday, May 9, 2015 - Golden. Clearly oxidative from the first sniff. Beautifully nutty, bracing acidity, and a touch of apples. It evolved over three nights, refrigerated but not gassed in between, and certainly never got tired. Fine example and very enjoyable.
