Saturday, September 13, 2014 - This bottle needed a lot of air time. Almost undrinkable the first 30 minutes with a lot of tart green and citrus flavors. By about the hour mark it transformed into a nice wine with flavors of dark cherry, spice and dried herbs. Nice smooth texture with good acidity. 89+
