Wednesday, December 14, 2016 - Decanted an hour before serving. Black cherry and berries with raw meat to start, which transformed into smoked meat character with more air. Licorice, black pepper and dark chocolate galore. Clearly big and powerful, but this is equally about finesse. A masterpiece by the time finished, three hours after opened.
