Friday, October 23, 2020 - First the wine... after 30 min in decanter and 30 min in the glass, this really opened up. The nose was much better than the finish, but both were great. Not outstanding, but great. Now on to the experiment... If you look back to my tasting note on 12/17/16, I pulled two glasses out of this bottle via Coravin. Almost four years later, removing the cork, it was fresh as a daisy. I don’t care what the naysayers say about Coravin... it works. PERIOD!
