Monday, January 12, 2015 - Bottle purchased at winery upon release and cellared since. Typical for the vintage, ripe with low acid. A bit out of balance tasting too sweet for the finish. Full bodied with a lingering finish, but not one that makes it better. Caramel notes. Muted aromatics. I should have drunk it younger but I keep avoiding my 2003's from Alsace.
