Monday, February 17, 2020 - had it with traditional french cassoulet.
smooth taste, very light for a cab.
The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. The body is medium/full. The wine has oily texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.
