Saturday, May 22, 2021 - Nearing its peak this is a fantastic Stags Leap true to its style of sophisticated powerful cabs with refined black current and plum fruit with balanced velvety tannins. This wine is now well integrated, layered and very elegant, creamy with a long finish. Perfect pairing with a filet mignon.
