Friday, November 19, 2021 - Tried in a vertical tasting of Noon Eclipse 2013-2018 with friends. Second-most preferred vintage behind the '18, lovely ripe strawberry and plum flavours.
A big wine with powerful punchy flavour on opening, a decant definitely improved things.Crazy how effortlessly the 16% alcohol is carried, does not tastes like a 'hot' wine.
Tannins quite soft, I think '13 was pretty warm so would probably drink this vintage before the likes of 2010-2012.
