Friday, October 2, 2009 - After three years the wine hasn't changed much from the first note, Blended with a fruit forward nebbiola 50/50 to get a drinkable balance. I will see what tonight brings, more age maybe needed to mellow the tannin and acid. Thin and dry, loganberry sourness, tannic and astringent, strong finish. After 5 days the wine has not lost any of the harshness.
