Sunday, December 10, 2017 - Ready and delicioso!! Too easy to gulp this one espec with food once she has air. Opened 24 hours before no full decant, bottle upright for sediment to fall, cork out 25% of the time. Hour 24, dinner spaghetti and italiano assort, began amazing open within 10 minutes in the glass and the bottle just kept getting better as it got air, I consumed 60% of it, gone in 2.5 hours and beautiful wine at a proper price. Juicy, flowing wine bath of the mouth. Impressive!
