Thursday, August 1, 2019 - Denver Burgundy Group July Meursault Tasting
Interesting when compared to the Boillot Perrieres. Very different in style from the same vintage. Much more round. No where near the acidity of the Boillot but still had a subtle, integrated acidity and minerality to it. Would have thought this was a top level Charmes blind though. More nutty and honey with richness. Less floral than what I would have expected. Possible early-advanced bottle? Good but not a standout.
