Last minute wine lunch (Gary's): Drank about 1/6th of the bottle over an hour. Butterscotch with sweet oak, stone fruit, pear, mineral notes and citrus. The palate has tart citrus and there's a bit of sulphur.

Wine Lunch (Gary's Place, Hudson, WI): Light medium gold color. Drank a glass plus over 3 hours. This has really fresh nose with lifted stone fruit, pear, fine dry stone minerals, Meyer lemon, and butterscotch. The bright palate strike me a medium plus bodied, citrus up front, lemon peel, peach, stone, amid good intensity and mouth watering acid and dry extract. Very nice indeed and smack dad in my wheelhouse; I wish I had a couple more these now.

Light colour. No sign of oxidation; this has years left. Magnificent nose. Rounded, long. Excellent. Does not quite have the minerality or precision to be top level but there is no doubt this does justice to the vineyard. Wonderful meursault.

Enjoyed during a wine tasting. Sublime Burgundy, recommended as a "value buy" -- even at $100! Doesn't get much better unless you spend a lot more money.

Quite tight and reductive upon opening, but still a lot of promises about what to expect later on. After 4 hours on the carafe, I find aromas of lemons, yellow apples, gunpowder smoke, flint, hazelnuts, butter and a nice touch of integrated vanilla. Very focused. Great concentration, high acidity, great punch, crisp and very fresh, long. High minerality. A tight wine today, but with plenty of air it gives a lot of pleasure. Anyhow, patience will be awarded, and I would recommend waiting a few more years. A great Perrieres with a bright future and long life ahead.

Fantastic. Bouchard's Perrieres has to be one of the most consistent bottles, year over year, in all of Meursault....specifically at this price. Elegant, round, generous yet completely in balance and with that classic Perrieres minerality. Lemon/lime, honeysuckle, oyster shell... I don't need much more than this. Delicious.

Dekantert 2 t. Ble litt lite luft, fortsatt reduktiv. Måtte ta en dobbeltdekantering før servering. Hjalp noe.

Denver Burgundy Group July Meursault Tasting Interesting when compared to the Boillot Perrieres. Very different in style from the same vintage. Much more round. No where near the acidity of the Boillot but still had a subtle, integrated acidity and minerality to it. Would have thought this was a top level Charmes blind though. More nutty and honey with richness. Less floral than what I would have expected. Possible early-advanced bottle? Good but not a standout.

Amazing bottle, nice and complex! Delicate butter notes, fresh juicy apples, sun dried ocean rock and charcoal. Lively balance on the palate. Flavours of chemicals, white flowers and freshly cut herbs.

Really enjoyed this. It’s ripe without being overripe, with classic lemon flavours edging into peach and tropical fruit flavours. Flowers too on the nose, with hints of vanilla from some good oak (but far from overbearing). Minerally acid with medium plus length. Highly enjoyable.

Fairly rich and round. Consistent with my prior bottle, and a sharp contrast to the ‘13 Lamy Served alongside it. Good wine, but doesn’t feel like it will make old bones...

A really nice performance. Fairly rich and round, but not heavy. A bit on the tropical side, this is an intense and powerful wine showing well right now.

That deep scent of blossoms and honey on the nose - so typical of a meursault. Very refreshing yet buttery. Good length. Breath out after a mouthful and you get another layer of sweet brioche. Not the most expressive meursault we have tried but definitely up there.

No 5, pale lemon, peachy and perfume a hint of cantaloupe sweetness and lesser bayleaves. Dry. Medium+ acidity, pronounced peachy and green fruit, medium body, medium alcohol. Maybe Meursault. A clean sweetness with a racy acidity and delicate bay leaves finish. Soft blue cheese as well. Meursault, Bouchard. White flower. Good balance, good length, good intensity, good complexity. A lovely girly adorable Chardonnay.

Servied double-blind, a (positive) surprise to everyone. A really nice showing, that most were assuming was of a much higher pedigree, and certainly not a '13. In a good spot, and probably worth drinking soon to avoid premox risk.

More or less everything you want from a very good white Bourgogne. Maybe slightly leaner than one would expect of a Merusault. Lovely nose, expensive oak, a touch of vanilla, fresh tangy stone fruit and a bit of batonnage butter as well as hints of green aromas. High acidity, medium bodied, high intensity and a long finish. Delicious!

WineBerserkers Burgundy Dinner (Garcon, San Francisco): Moderately aromatic nose with minerals, slight buttered popcorn, really opens up with air with some lime, excellent minerality; palate is full bodied, lemon-lime, youthful vibrant medium-plus acidity; medium finish. Youthful but shows promise. 90-91
