Saturday, March 5, 2016 - Slightly pale but golden color
Nose is floral with ripe yellow apple & pear and mild apricot
Fresh green apple flavor with lemon
High acid- great food wine
Definite chalky minerality but I didn't detect the burned flint character of chablis
