Down to the last two bottles of a case, and the experience is still good. Pleasant and enjoyable, the wine comes thru as a Chablis but lacks minerality and any outstanding characteristics. For the money the experience has been worthwhile, a good accompaniment if you are not expecting nuances and in-your-face terroir. Would buy again if the new price remains half of what you normally would have to pay for a 1st Cru.

A business lunch (Restaurant Noble, Den Bosch, NL): In Chablis 2013 was a complicated vintage, but this Premier Cru has sailed the waves of the vintage well. The fruit has a tropical note and the structure is light, but it does not lack freshness or mineral typicity, flavours are clean, there is a touch of salted butter, it is poised and elegant, length is good. Drinking well now, do not wait.

Slightly pale but golden color Nose is floral with ripe yellow apple & pear and mild apricot Fresh green apple flavor with lemon High acid- great food wine Definite chalky minerality but I didn't detect the burned flint character of chablis

Very precise and intense. White pear and crushed rock on the nose. Lemon curd on the palate. Lovely high acid medium bodied. Nice Chardonnay and even better qpr.
