Saturday, April 17, 2021 - First bottle from a case I bought chez Yves Gras back in the days. What a surprise, this is full of character and life, not warm at all. Darker fruited with marks of animal farm and leather. It’s a big, full on wine, for sure, it requires food, but it’s true to origin with notes of dark cherry fruit and Provençal herbs. Reminds me a little bit of the style of Henri Bonneau.
