Friday, January 22, 2016 - Very toasty, brioche autolytic nose. Pure honey note. Undertones of green apple and white flowers on palate. Very elegant. Very finely textured mousse. Plenty of sweet, French pastry character to finish. Long. Will revisit in a few years.
