Tuesday, February 21, 2017 - The nose on this shows a very dense fruit, as well as some earthy funk (not decaying earth, but rather of a more mineral type). The palate is clean and crisp, with plenty of sweet red fruit. There's good acidity, crisp fruit, and a very nice lightness here. This is soft and eminently drinkable, and likely just a bit better if served slightly chilled.
