Thursday, January 21, 2010 - Rupert's Fourrier Clos St Jacques Offline (The Ledbury, London): Decanted 12 hours in advance. Again, lovely nose, a little smoother and more restrained. Sweet Graham's fruit, quite lovely. A tight minerally element that reins-in any heat on the finish. Really lovely. ****1/2
