Friday, April 17, 2015 - Not a bad little wine at all, although I expected a bit more. This wine had a little bit of lemon on the nose. On the palate is a full bodied chard, mostly malo. On the front is pineapple and green melon. The middle is more supple, and a bit acidic, with apple, pear, and lemongrass. The finish is lightly oaked with a hint of almond and graham cracker. I believe this wine is ready to be consumed, as I don't see it really getting much better than it is right now. I do, however, see it lasting another 5-10 years given the style in which it is made. Drink 2015-2022, but could show some signs of decline in 2-3 years.
