Tuesday, June 20, 2017 - Wow, this bottle really shocked me as being from Willamette Valley. I was expecting nice light cherry cola Pinot. The initial taste had a green pepper undertone with some acidity. It hardy improved over a three day period and green taste was always there. The wine never seemed to come around and I almost poured it out, but I was still holding out hope. I have four more bottles so I'm hoping this first one was an odd bottle.
