Friday, November 18, 2016 - Black Crimson colour. Sawdust, truffle and hay aroma. Fine tannin with blackberry, black cherry, date, light olive. Slight pepper and spice. Medium to full body with long finish. Not as fruit forward as the last bottle but a nice balance with the oak.
