Then I let the wine sit and after a few hours of being open, the wine evolved. Notes of violets and fresh blackberries and raspberries. I was running through the berry patch on the first warm day of spring after a cold, dark winter. The wine was seductive and silky - made me feel giddy - like a beautiful woman caressing my face - and I held her perfume in my hand.
