Sunday, January 25, 2015 - This seemed more rustic than my previous bottle. A touch of Brett too! But, overall, great balance and sense of place at a moderate alcohol level. Gained depth and blossomed over three hours in the decanter. Great with a Moroccan lamb tajine and couscous.
