Monday, September 15, 2014 - Extracted with a Coravin. Deep golden amber color, with a clear meniscus. Alluring bouquet of caramel, butterscotch, nuts, and ripe fruit. Surpisingly this threw some sediment and was stemmy upon first pour but it blew off and turned fruity, exhibiting flavors that matched the bouquet, a soft texture, and a warm finish. This is well made and has a ways to go. Look forward to opening rest of bottle.
