Sunday, February 26, 2017 - Popped and poured. Served with sautéed shrimp. Nose of lemon curd, green apple, fig, and toffee. On the palate lush with meyer lemon, apple, fig, and a buttery sensation from malo and oak. Pretty good finish. Great match with the shrimp. Needs a little more time to completely integrate the oak but the raw ingredients are there.
