Vacu-Vin sealed and the second night was awesome. Totally different wine. What was closed is now open. Full of red fruit, but showing enough tannins and acidity to hold it together for a few years. Nice finish. This is medium-full bodied and well balanced. Not a fruit bomb in the least. Very good now.
