Friday, February 24, 2023 - Enjoyed with a group of wine snobs but probably not best served with non wine drinkers. Very crisp, moderate effervescence, savory. Some white peach, bit of a apple, and what stood out was white pepper and mango skin (is that a thing??). This seems like it should be paired with food.
