Wednesday, December 16, 2009 - Pale pinkish yellow. Restrained nose. Served too cold. Lemon peel and Sprite nose. Bubbles not very delicate. After warming, poached pear and granny smith apple emerge as dominant flavor profile along with bit of uncooked pizza dough. Good, but with this price tag ($45)?
