Monday, March 19, 2012 - Absolutely gorgeous, this flows from the glass with bright pear, crumbled brioche, roasted hazelnut, and oyster custard aromas that are complex and well focused. Full and richly flavored on the palate, but very light on its feet with citrus, brioche and dried flower notes that sing through the long finish.
