Tuesday, July 9, 2013 - Pale gold, vigorous mousse. Very pure, fresh nose, apple and honey notes, gunsmoke. Tight, young on the palate, fresh b-d-b profile, greengage fruit. Finishes long. Keeps improving with airing. Hasn't yet developed the toasty character but it is superbly fresh and clean, not a single note out of sync. Will improve. Excellent value in the straight Chard category.
