Friday, April 21, 2017 - Really solid blanc de blanc that delivers for $40. Crisp, chalky, lots of minerals and just enough yeasty notes to remind you that you're drinking Champagne. There is a transparency to the wine that would make it a good example to show the elements that make up traditional method sparking wine production. Probably more of a workhorse than a dramatic flashy wine, but still really good.
