Saturday, October 3, 2020 - Wanna try sherry for the first time? Don’t start here. This is an extreme wine and certainly no pleaser.

Brownish w. orange hue. Intense bouquet, full-bodied and with some sharp "edges" full of shoyu, salt, nuts, old cheese and finished by yeast and lightly roasted coffee and smoke.

Dry and high acidity, very oxidized but without a greasy feeling (which I sometimes get with oxidized wines) and very full-bodied with pronounced alcohol and whisky. Extremely salty, soy sauce, burnt nuts. Very meagre structure and yet so full. Wild!
