Wednesday, May 13, 2015 - Kaesler tasting (United Cellars, 100 William Street, Sydney): Medium minus intensity aromas of earthy notes, brooding…red berries, quite jubey, vanilla, mocha, perfumed in fact. In the mouth juicy, quite lightweight compared to the other two vintages, tannin dominates here - it's thick and chewy and the medium minus intensity fruit struggles underneath it's oaky weight. Not sure about this one.
