Tuesday, November 5, 2019 - I got to sit and enjoy these two bottles two nights in a row. I was struck by the delicious fruit. It was white bitter peach and lemon, with an ever-so-slight hint of rosé fruit, like the edge of strawberry. It was generous in the mouth and impressed on the swallow. Frank Murry says it better than I when he calls a slight hint of honey on the backside. It is really terrific Champagne!
