Thursday, August 5, 2021 - Served blind. Phenomenal. One of the best burgs I have had in a long time. The nose was developed but the colour and palate resembled a significantly younger wine. The label was pristine and clearly a reconditioned bottle after years of perfect storage. The nose was amazing. So much barnyard with a hint of meat. So much tannins and structure, that I still scratch my head how this is 1969! Just a wonderful wine! From DrK.
