Friday, October 11, 2013 - An incredible Brunello. Decanted for about 45 mins. Creamy-coco with spiced bing cherry. Paired well with fresh made pasta and mixed mushroom, sausage, white wine sauce. Probably have a couple years left at least, maybe even 5 more year.
