Likes this wine:

Friday, February 19, 2016 - Decanted, tasted over 4 hrs, label heavily wrinkled but cork mostly intact, label does not indicate "Vieilles Vignes"
-heavily bricked with clear edges, nearly semi-tranlucent brownish red with some cloudiness from sediment
-moderately aromatic sweet decaying forest floor, spice, trace of orange peel, opens up over 3 hours ending in a gorgeous perfume of sweet earth cherry fruit remnants
-med acid, middle weight sweet earthy forest floor flavors with sappy core carrying through to reasonably long finish and essentially no tannins, moderate complexity gained steam over 3 hrs
-fully mature but remarkably for the vintage and age under its belt it is not tired or over the hill, picked up density and complexity while seemingly getting fresher over 2 hours, really lovely
