Thursday, January 28, 2016 - Zachys Schrader Dinner (Bouley): My favorite of the second flight. Poured from magnum. This wine wasn't as accessible as its 12 brethren, but there was that hint of more to come that I like in a wine this young. Not just the wonderful fruit flavors, but hints of leather and tobacco and just interesting.
