Community Tasting Note

Friday, April 10, 2015 - cork completely soaked through but still in very good shape. color is still excellent, deep ruby red with no sign of bricking even at the edge. nose is reticent, has a tang to it, though in general not giving much at first.

palate reveals a full evolved wine with no discernible tannin after 2 hours open. still fresh and alive with slightly smoky flavours, a well-balanced wine but practically no fruit remains.
