The color is decent, but thats where mediocrity ends and viticultural tragedy begins. This simply tastes like dirty well-water with a touch of lemon. The acidity is off balance, there is a bitter green flavor that reminds me of raw, unripe asparagus, and the only good thing that can be said about the finish is that it is mercifully short, a blessing in disguise. This wine is so angular and unbalanced that its like you've got a mouth full of glass shards and citric acid. This is going to sound strange to many people, but to me, the one thing that this tasted like more than anything else was the sour/bitter tasting glue that the orthodontist used to put on my braces years and years ago. I've seen this wine selling in stores at prices anywhere between $16 and $45, and truth be told, it isn't even worth half of the lower end. Steer yourself far away from this drivel at all costs. Sure, they have great marketing/advertising, which is why they sell so much to the new, or inexperienced, wine drinkers............but if they focused more of their money and efforts on winemaking then maybe they would have a worthwhile product to promote.
