Saturday, May 30, 2015 - Some Grand Crus are more equal than others - this bears that out with a pinched, clipped finish. Decent enough and showing some evolution from a couple of years back but this shows the limitations of the terroir in relation to other Grand Crus. Red fruit, cherry and funky little streak running through it - nice enough but there is a touch of drying tannin in here that adds some bitterness to the finish.
