Saturday, April 27, 2024 - 92+ Nice gold color. Bouquet of green apple, talc, hint of caramel, a hint of petrol. Bone dry with good acidity. But still there's nice fruit to keep it well balanced. Flavors of tart apple with some petrol along with talc and minerals and slate. Long finish. Drinking well now and it is transitioning into an older stage. Outstanding qpr. Based on the petrol notes if they become more prominent maybe it may be better to drink up sooner rather than later
