Saturday, January 23, 2016 - Dinner (Quince, San Francisco): Quite a golden color; aromatic nose with minerality; palate is light bodied, medium sweetness but medium plus acidity that is tingling and provides excellent balance, slight white fruit; medium finish. Very nice aged riesling with just the right amount of sweetness. 89-90
