Monday, March 2, 2015 - Slightly to highly opaque garnet color. Lots of rim variation and no sediment. No flaws. Very light nose. Low fruit and earth intensity. Organic. Some leather, iron and blood. Bone dry. Medium acid. Medium minus tannin. Low alcohol. Medium finish. Our guests: "Beautiful tawny color". "The epitome of old world". Improved with two hours of open bottle time. REady to drink.
